Qualified and Quantified
The National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association requires that every person working as a personal fitness trainer undergo a strict series of certification tests, and has served as a quality control and governance board for personal sports trainers since 1992.
To be recognized, a NESTA-certified trainer is recommended to have an exercise science background. Veritas owner, David Gindlesparger, has been certified by NESTA continuously since 2004. All our trainers are certified.
